Choosing your section:

- • The D Stand is the designated family section
- • For big matches the away allocation is limited, and visiting fans usually buy through their own club, especially for European games

Where to Stay for FC Copenhagen Matches
Parken is in Osterbro on the northern edge of central Copenhagen, so you do not need to stay right by the stadium. Getting to Parken
Parken sits in Osterbro on the edge of central Copenhagen, so it is one of the easier stadiums in Europe to reach. Tips:
- From the airport, take the Metro or a regional/S-train toward the city and change for Osterport or Trianglen
- Osterport spreads the crowd out more than the single closest Metro stop, which can mean a smoother exit after the game
- Walking from the city centre takes roughly 40 minutes from Stroget, 20 from Norrebro, or about 10 from most of Osterbro

The pre-match scene is concentrated in Osterbro, the residential district around Parken, along Osterbrogade and near Osterbro Stadion. Matchday Traditions & Atmosphere
Pre-Match Build-Up
Parken sits in the Osterbro district on the northern edge of central Copenhagen, next to the large Faelledparken park. Fans gather in the Osterbro bars around Osterbrogade and Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads before kickoff, then walk across or around the park to the ground. The club plays in white shirts, and the streets fill with white and the club's lion crest on matchdays. Because the stadium is close to the city centre, many supporters simply walk or cycle in rather than relying on a single transport hub.
Inside Parken
The heart of the noise is Sektion 12, the standing home end behind the goal in the B Stand, led by the Urban Crew ultras group founded in 2003. This is where the flags, tifos and constant singing come from. Parken has a retractable roof, and when it is closed the sound is trapped inside and the atmosphere gets noticeably louder, especially on cold nights and for European games. Parken is also Denmark's national stadium, so the pitch and stands are familiar to anyone who has watched the national team.
The New Firm (vs Brondby)
The Copenhagen derby against Brondby IF is known as the New Firm and is the biggest game in Danish football. Brondby are based in a western suburb of Copenhagen, a completely different area from FC Copenhagen's Osterbro home, and the rivalry is intense and heavily policed. Away allocations are limited and segregation is strict. Tickets are very hard to come by, so plan well ahead through official channels, hospitality, or a verified marketplace.
Post-Match
After the final whistle most fans head for Osterport station or the Metro stops at Trianglen and Vibenhus Runddel, while many cycle or walk back into town given how central Parken is. The Osterbro bars near the ground stay busy after the game, and it is a short trip back to the city centre for dinner and drinks.

- Sektion 12 is the loudest section but it is standing and dominated by the Urban Crew ultras. The A or C Stand is better for a first visit with a guaranteed seat and a clear view
- If the roof is closed, expect a louder night. It is often shut for evening and European fixtures
- For the Brondby derby, keep club colours discreet when travelling and stick to the Osterbro and central Copenhagen home areas, not Brondby's western suburbs
