Official Leeds United Tickets
Leeds United returned to the Premier League for the 2025-26 season after winning the Championship under Daniel Farke. Elland Road runs at over 97% capacity for home Premier League fixtures, and the ground is sold out on a near-weekly basis. The My Leeds membership hierarchy provides the main priority access route for visiting fans who want face-value tickets.
My Leeds Priority (legacy tier):
- • The top-tier priority reserved for fans who held continuous membership for 10 consecutive seasons from 2012-13
- • Phase 1 priority window: Monday from 1pm - first access to every home match
- • Not available to new members - this is a legacy status for the most loyal long-term supporters
My Leeds+:
- • The highest tier available to new members
- • Includes all My Leeds benefits plus a 24-hour priority window on the Ticket Exchange
- • Available for adult and junior (U16) categories
- • Phase 2 priority window access alongside other benefits
My Leeds (standard membership):
- • Phase 2 priority access (typically Tuesday from 1pm) - the standard priority window
- • Access to the LUFC Ticket Exchange for reselling and purchasing returned tickets
- • LUTV digital content access
- • Available for adult and junior categories
General sale reality:
- • With near-sell-out demand for Premier League fixtures, few tickets reach general sale
- • Even with My Leeds membership, popular fixtures may exhaust the priority allocation before your preferred match
- • Secondary market (LFT) is the practical option for high-demand fixtures and for visitors without membership
Leeds United Ticket Strategy
- With the Elland Road expansion beginning after the 2025-26 season, ticket availability will eventually improve - but for now, the ground is effectively sold out for most Premier League fixtures
- My Leeds membership gives a useful priority window but does not guarantee tickets for top-of-the-table clashes
- LFT is the most straightforward option for international visitors wanting confirmed Premier League tickets

Matchday Traditions and Atmosphere
Marching on Together
Leeds United's anthem is one of the most recognised club songs in English football. Written by Les Reed and Barry Mason in 1972, recorded by the squad, and released as a single that reached number 10 in the UK charts. It is played just before kick-off at every home game, the entire stadium stands, and the sound it generates inside Elland Road's enclosed bowl is remarkable. Fans add their own 'na na na' sections and the song is known universally as MOT among supporters.
Elland Road Atmosphere
Elland Road is consistently ranked among the loudest and most intimidating atmospheres in English football. The ground's steep, enclosed stands amplify noise in a way that modern stadiums built for comfort rarely achieve. The South Stand is the most vocal section. The club spent two seasons in the Championship after relegation in 2023, returning stronger - and the fanbase maintained full houses throughout. Premier League football at a sold-out Elland Road is a considerable experience.
The Old Peacock Tradition
Directly opposite the stadium, The Old Peacock has been serving match-going supporters on the same site since 1826. It is operated by Ossett Brewery and has been in the care of the Leeds United Supporters' Club since 2007. The Peacock is home fans only and represents one of English football's great pre-match institutions. The combination of a proper traditional pub, real ales, and the stadium entrance across the road is what matchday culture used to look like before the sport moved to larger, less intimate venues.
WACCOE
We Are The Champions, Champions Of Europe - a chant referencing the 1974 First Division title that was effectively equivalent to a European championship. LUFC fans deploy it with a mixture of irony and defiant pride. It is heard throughout home matches and has become shorthand for the club's self-belief through difficult periods. Elland Road's most famous chant after Marching on Together.
Visitor Tips
- Arrive early - the R2 shuttle from Sovereign Street is the best option, and the stops suspend in the hour before and after kick-off so time your arrival accordingly
- The Old Peacock is home fans only - away supporters should use The Drysalters (home and away welcome)
- Elland Road in the Premier League is one of the loudest grounds in England - the atmosphere for a top-six fixture is worth experiencing
