- • General sale: Do not count on it. Brentford state most fixtures sell out long before any general sale window opens.
The Bees Overseas membership (your main route as a visitor):
- • Bees Overseas is Brentford's international membership, priced by age band (Adult, 18-24, Junior, Senior). Check brentfordfc.com for the current season price.
- • Around 100 home tickets per fixture are set aside exclusively for the Bees Overseas ballot.
- • You must hold a valid membership for the current season to buy Premier League tickets.
- • Apply only for matches you actually intend to attend, the club asks members not to enter speculatively.
How the ballot works + when to enter:
- • Fixtures are confirmed for broadcast roughly 4-6 weeks before the match.
- • The Bees Overseas ballot closes about 72 hours after each fixture is confirmed.
- • Ballot ticket prices scale by category (A*, A, B), cheaper for Category B fixtures.
- • If you miss out, switch to the Ticket Exchange as the match gets closer.
Ticket Exchange and Ticket Access Points (TAPs), your backup plan:
- • Season-ticket and premium-seat holders resell tickets they cannot use at face value through the official exchange.
- • The exchange opens around three weeks before each fixture.
- • TAPs are loyalty points that gate the biggest games: Category A* needs a high TAP balance, Category A needs some, Category B has no TAP requirement.
- • First-time visitors will not have TAPs, so Category B fixtures are the most realistic exchange target.
What's realistically accessible without loyalty history:
- • Category B fixtures via the Bees Overseas ballot or Ticket Exchange: your best bet.
- • Away fixtures: only a small share of the away allocation goes to members via ballot, so away days are very hard for visitors.
- • Category A* and A: near-impossible through official channels without loyalty history. Go straight to hospitality or verified marketplaces.

- Kew Bridge is closest but has limited train frequency, allow extra time after the match

- Gunnersbury is the best tube option for both District line and Overground connections

Pre-Match Scene
Most fans arrive via Kew Bridge, right next to the ground, and the pubs by the station and along the Thames fill up from a couple of hours before kickoff. The Express Tavern by the station and One Over The Ait on the riverside are popular pre-match stops. A good number of supporters still drink over near the old Griffin Park, about a 10-15 minute walk west, where The Griffin and The Globe keep the pre-2020 matchday feel alive. The walk back to the new stadium follows the High Street and the river.
Inside the Gtech Community Stadium
The West Stand is the vocal home end, with safe standing in the upper tier and the loudest, most continuous singing. All four stands are steep and close to the pitch, and the ground was acoustically designed so that a full house sounds far bigger than 17,250. The signature moment is "Hey Jude." Fans sing it before kickoff and again after every win, swaying arm in arm as the players walk around the pitch. The tradition dates back to 1969 and long-serving announcer Peter Gilham, known as Mr Brentford. Look out for Buzz Bee, the club mascot.
After the Match
After a win the players do a lap of the pitch to "Hey Jude" before most fans head back toward Kew Bridge. South Western Railway trains from Kew Bridge run roughly every 15 minutes and the platform gets busy quickly, so many supporters stay for a drink by the station or the river to let the crowd clear.
